Middle of this May, our company signed an agreement with Wanrong county on 300MW PV power 
project.Our company plans to build a 300MW PV industrial zone there and hope to construct Yellow 
River “Golden Triangle” the most important new energy base, modern eco-farm base, regional logistic center, equipment manufacture base and the new source of 
economic growth.

Early of 2014, our company followed the call of State Council’s Plan on the Regional 

Cooperation in Yellow River Golden Triangle, investigated in Wanrong and communicated 
with local government, finally got the support and reached a 300MW agreement with 
Wanrong government. Our company plans to build a 300MW PV industrial zone within 5 years.
The whole investment is 3.6 billion RMB.
