Under the support of Alataw government and Donper leaders and the efforts of Donper workers, the 50MW PV project of our company was finally admitted by Alataw Pass local 

Develop and Reform Committee’s reply: Notice for Agreement on the Starter of Pre-stage Work. The reply will greatly push forward the process of Donper’s Alataw project. 

The reply is a premise for declaring the project land and the admit to state grid. 

Declaration of a PV plant is complex, it can last for a long time. Getting the reply 

by local Develop and Reform committee, workers in Alataw Pass will step into the preparatory examination stage of land construction plan and allocation in the second

half of 2014. A lot of pre-stage work can proceed. This will lay a good foundation 

for 2015’s project.

To promote the project, Donper organized a department for Alataw Pass project in 

26th,July. In 27th, project commander Mr.Ruan and construction group leader Yu Lu went 

to Alataw Pass and did the field survey. They made assessment of the project: land, 

design,budget etc. It raises the curtain of Alataw PV plant.
