January 5th , with the accompany of Huangshi Develop and Reform Commission members, 
manager of Hubei Xisai Mountain Electricity Generation Corporation,Ltd Mr.Cao came to our company 
to inspect the distributed PV power project. 

According to Mr.Cao, National Energy Bureau will issue renewable energy quota assessment, 
namely, all thermal power plants should complete certain non-hydroelectricity new energy project constructions. The visit of Mr.Cao hoping that both 
sides could have cooperation in new energy electricity generation in near future.

With the accompany of manager Mr.Zheng, Mr.Cao visited distributed PV plant in our office and the 
monitoring room of all the PV plants we constructed. During the visiting, Mr.Zheng introduced the
 construction of PV plant. After visiting, Mr.Cao spoke highly of our distributed PV 
plants and said that PV system is beneficial. Xisai Electricity Generation Corporation 
has 200MW thermal generation capacity, both sides have great cooperation prospect. Mr.Cao
 hopes that he can cooperate with our company soon!
