Recently, Donper invested Yangxin Jing Brand 3MW first phase of second stage 336.6kw was 
completed and passed the grid tie acceptance by Electricity Bureau.

2014.6, Donper and Yangxin Jing Brand signed the contract on 3MW PV power plant. The investment of
the project is 30 million, our company is in charge of the design, purchase and construction. There are two 
stages for the project.

The first stage 1.19MW was completed in August and connected to the state grid. The whole construction
place is based on 8 factory roofs, the area of which is 14052?. Annual electricity generated is 1.4 million kwh, can save 400 tons of coal and reduce 1000 tons CO2.

The second stage 1.86MW, it plans to use the roof area of 21948?,the annual electricity generated is 2 million, can save 700 tons of coal, which can reduce 1800 tons CO2. 

At present, the first phase of second stage 336.6kw is completed, the following construction are in preparatory
period. The second phase will start soon.

The completion of 336.6kw signs that the second stage comes into Substantive Stage. When the whole 3MW
PV plant is in operation, it will help to improve local natural environment and get better social benefit.
