2014.11.8, Donper Group CEO Mr.Zhu, associate director of Huangshi Commerce Commission 
Mr.Lu and GM of Jinbei Milk Mr.He inspected Xijiang Alataw Pass 50MW PV plant base with 
the accompany of local government leader Mr.Wang.

At the meeting, Manager of Donper New Energy Mr.Ruan debriefed the general plan, 
construction speed, grid-tie condition of 50MW PV plant to Mr.Zhu. During the meeting,

Mr.Zhu asked some detailed construction information, and he made important instructions: 

1. Be affirmative of the construction speed and requires the plant to be connected to 
state grid and produce electricity by end of the year. 
2.Hope management members can be innovative during the 
construction process thus lowering the constructing cost. 

3.Hope everyone to grasp both speed and safety in the base, avoiding any accidents.

Finally, all stuff in Xinjiang said they would follow Mr.Zhu’s requirements and made great
efforts to build the grid tie PV plant.
