8.28, Hubei Energy Bureau issued the Notice on Field Survey on the New Energy 
Industry Special Fund Project. The Notice showed the scores of items applied for the 
special fund.

Donper ranked the first with 83.9. There are 49 items applying for the special fund, 
however, only 21 items have the qualification of being examined. Now, our company is 
preparing for the leaders and experts in Hubei Energy Bureau to do field survey in our 
factory. If it proceeds well, we will get at least 2.82 million special funds.
